What will appear on my bank statement after a purchase?

Why haven't I gotten an order confirmation email?
Once you place an order with Alien Dildo, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, if you don't see one please check your spam folder. If for some reason you still haven't received one, please contact us and we will send you your confirmation information.
Shipping Information
How long does delivery take?
We know you're excited to receive your new Alien Dildo toy! Fear not, the wait will be over soon with standard shipping usually taking 3-5 business days to arrive, and expedited shipping taking 1-3 business days. This applies for US only.
Will my package be discreet?
Always! All your purchases from Alien Dildo will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method selected and delivery destination. Once you enter your address during the checkout process your rates will be calculated. These rates are also based on the weight and size of the order.
How soon will my order be shipped out?
All orders will be processed and shipped out between 1-2 days, with weekends and holidays excluded. Once the order is processed, you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment.
How can I receive free shipping?

Where is my order?
If you haven't received your package within 15 days, please contact your local post office. If you are still having issues, contact us and we will help solve the problem.
Can I return my order?
You will have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your products, but they must be unused and unopened. Please see our Refund Policy page for more information.
My order was delivered damaged or defective, what now?
We are so sorry! While this is extremely rare, things can happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund for your item(s).
