Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, the credit or debit card used at checkout is charged immediately. Because orders are processed quickly and prepared for shipment shortly after purchase, cancellations or modifications are not possible once an order has been submitted. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout.


Returns, Exchanges, and Health & Safety Policy

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell and strict health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on dissatisfaction, personal preference, or change of mind. Returns or exchanges are accepted only when the issue is the result of our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been opened, used, worn, washed, altered, or has come into contact with skin or bodily fluids, including but not limited to saliva, semen, blood, or urine. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and are not eligible for resale.

This policy applies to all intimate and personal products sold on our store, including dildos, vibrators, lingerie, enema kits, items that pierce the skin, products intended for oral, vaginal, anal, or penile insertion, harnesses, and harness or dildo combinations. We also do not accept returns for any soiled or washed merchandise under any circumstances.


Return Eligibility

If a return or exchange is approved due to our error, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Requests for returns or exchanges related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error. In cases where a defective, damaged, or incorrect item was received, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
