Address Responsibility Policy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed for fulfillment. Because of this, we are unable to change, update, or correct shipping addresses after an order has been submitted.

Orders are shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout. Packages delivered to that address are considered successfully delivered, even if the address was entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.

Alien Dildo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses entered at checkout. This includes, but is not limited to, missing apartment or unit numbers, incorrect street names, invalid ZIP codes, or outdated addresses.

If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, any reshipment or refund options will be determined at that time, and additional shipping fees may apply.

In rare cases, an address change may be requested within a very short window after placing an order and only if the order has not yet entered processing. Address change requests are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
